3. Application Processing Fee (No Job Guarantee) To manage the massive scale of our recruitment drive, a nominal, non-refundable application processing fee of INR 100/- is charged. The payment of this fee does not guarantee a job offer, an interview call, or employment with Aarogya Sarthi. It is strictly an administrative fee for securely processing and evaluating your application.
4. Selection & Company-Sponsored Advanced Training The selection of candidates (such as Sarthi Mitra, Zonal Managers, Support Staff, etc.) is strictly based on merit, interview performance, and organizational requirements.

• Upskilling Opportunity: Selected top-performing candidates may be offered company-sponsored higher skill learning (advanced training) funded entirely by Aarogya Sarthi. Candidates accepting this opportunity will be required to sign a standard “Training & Service Agreement” committing to serve the organization for a stipulated period post-training.

5. Code of Conduct Applicants are expected to maintain professional conduct during the interviews, orientation, and training phases. Aarogya Sarthi reserves the right to terminate the candidature of anyone found engaging in misbehavior, indiscipline, or providing fraudulent documents.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this portal or recruitment process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bokaro, Jharkhand.
