1. Strictly Non-Refundable Application Fee The application processing fee of INR 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) collected via this portal is strictly non-refundable. Reason: We are hiring on a massive scale (1700+ health warriors) to expand our preventive healthcare mission across Jharkhand. Because of this high volume, the ₹100 fee is immediately utilized to cover the direct administrative and processing costs of the recruitment drive, including application screening, digital infrastructure maintenance, and initial candidate verification.
2. No Cancellations or Job Guarantee Payment of this fee strictly secures your participation in our structured screening process; it does not guarantee employment. Once an application form is successfully submitted and the payment is processed, the application cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be initiated under any circumstances. This strict no-refund policy includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

• Rejection of the application due to non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
• The applicant’s failure to attend the interview or orientation process.
• Submission of incorrect, false, or incomplete information by the applicant.
• The applicant deciding to withdraw their application.

3. Payment Failure / Technical Glitches If the application fee is deducted from the applicant’s bank account but the application status shows ‘Failed’ or ‘Incomplete’ on our portal, the applicant is advised not to pay again immediately. Such deducted amounts are usually automatically refunded by the payment gateway to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
